REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – V Planet Associates
At V Planet Associates, we value the trust our clients place in us. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity in all financial dealings. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Advance Payments
All projects require an advance payment as per the quotation or agreement.
Advance payments are non-refundable, as they are used to allocate resources, labor, and materials for your project.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
If the client decides to cancel the project before commencement, only payments made beyond the advance (if any) may be refunded after deducting administrative and planning costs.
If the project is canceled after commencement, refunds will not be applicable. The client shall be liable to pay for:
- Work completed up to the date of cancellation
- Materials purchased or ordered specifically for the project
- Any contractual obligations or penalties incurred due to cancellation
3. Project Cancellation by V Planet Associates
In the rare event that V Planet Associates cancels a project due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control, we will:
- Refund payments received for work not yet initiated
- Deduct costs for work completed, resources allocated, or materials procured
We will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably and ensure minimal inconvenience to the client.
4. Delays & Force Majeure
Refunds are not applicable in case of delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, strikes, labor issues, or supply chain disruptions
- Client-requested changes or delays in approvals
- Government regulations, legal restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Design consultation fees, site inspection charges, and administrative costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Customized materials, once ordered, cannot be returned or refunded.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations shall first be resolved amicably between the parties.
If unresolved, such matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Shivamogga, Karnataka, India.
